My students love different activities! Some students have a hard time with cardiovascular strength! Integrating a fun advanced way like trampoline jumping helps with cardiovascular endurance along with muscular strength! This will make a huge difference getting all the negative endorphins worked out of their system to learn better in any environment! Stress is a huge part of my students every day life! They only have PE once a quarter and we are trying to work on ways to get them healthy and fit within this time frame! Introducing a trampoline will help immensely with each student that I have!
