In TEAM Z the fourth grade students love learning and are motivated to come to school each day. Sometimes they get frustrated with difficult math concepts. It always makes it easier when they can act out the problem. These kids are working very hard to master word problems with missing addends, expanded notation, and learning those pesky math facts! However, figuring out how much time is between 7:15am and 12:35pm is proving very difficult. Please help us out, so when the students ask, "How long until recess?" I can depend on them to figure it out on their own :)
