I have chosen to request paperback copies of the novel Waiting for Normal. Having this book will make a difference because it will engage even my most reluctant readers. Often we are limited to what we have on hand in the classroom, but teachers know what books strike the right balance of rigor and interest - we just need a way to pay for them. These copies of Waiting for Normal will be kept as class sets and reused for the next several years. Your help will provide reading enjoyment and learning to hundreds of children, many of whom could not afford to buy a book on their own.
