Our sensory room is an underwater theme. We have dark blue walls with fish painted on them. The items requested will help provide a relaxing space for students of all ages. The projector requested will provide light in the room so we do not have to use the florescent bulbs which create a humming noise that distracts our students. The sensory fidgets will provided our students with the opportunity to get their energy out and go back to class focused. The rocker chair will provide movement for those who need it, or the beanbag chair will help students who need to feel the security of a hug calm down. The floor tiles will cover the cold tile that makes the room echo and provide a place for students to manipulate the gel as a calming tool.
