Students will be able to use our camera equipment to record and share videos they make about key concepts in social studies, science, and math. The experience of creating a script that includes core vocabulary and concepts, then filming and editing the project, has proved extremely beneficial and memorable to my students in the past, in terms of their collaborative skills and social-emotional development as well as their content knowledge. For example, in the past I've had students create videos about the bonds between atoms and molecules, and we've recorded ourselves singing songs about air pressure and division. We've also filmed promotional videos advocating the Delian vs Spartan League in terms of their values and capacity for survival. Thank you so much for the opportunity to purchase equipment to enhance our learning!
