We are in the process of incorporating STEM into our library curriculum. The students will be coming into the library for hands on learning, with different experiences that are related to STEM. The tablets will be used to teach the students to learn how to code. The students will accomplish this through various apps on the Amazon Fire tablets. The value of the students learning to code can't be understated. They will be learning the invaluable skill of critical thinking and higher level of thinking. When students learn to code, they learn to experiment and create in new and exciting ways!
