The use of the tablets in our classroom is part of the integration of technology. Having the students being able to have access to more than one tablet as a learning center is great. These tablets will benefit the students by promoting and enhancing learning, enabling students with distance learning activities and engaging them with their daily lessons.
Using technology in the classroom is NOW a priority! Students will benefit tremendously having these tablets in the curriculum and classroom. Almost every child I know from the age of 2 years old and up is already interested and engaged using technology along with the internet, by way of tablets, iPads, smartphones and/or laptops.
Many of the students in our school do not have the luxury of utilizing technology other then in school, as we are a Title I school in an impoverished area. Our class thanks all donors in advance who choose to fund our project.
