With these classroom supplies, we will be able to spend time bonding as a class over an inclusive and creative classroom activity. We will create our own hand-made decorations together and learn about traditional Mexican culture as well. Through hands-on, project-based learning students will have the opportunity to make something that will hang in my classroom for everyone to enjoy year-round. Much like each Mexican paper flower, each student is unique and different. I believe this activity will add to an inclusive and student-driven, positive classroom climate as well! Every student will create one or more of these paper flowers and we will add them to a chain and hang them around the classroom for all to enjoy.
