These requested materials will help my student athletic trainers and student athletes know more about how to prevent and rehabilitate injuries. The lumbar packs will help my student athletic trainers provide first aid care on the field/court. During sporting events you need to be quick and ready to wrap a Band-Aid on an athlete so they can go back to play. The Bosu Balance Trainer, jump rope, and bands will help my student athletes' perform the exercises needed to prevent injury or rehabilitate any existing ones. The massage rollers will help massage any sore muscles or break down adhesions the student athletes' sustain during training/practice. All these materials will help us greatly achieve a physically healthy team.
