  • Pencil Party

    Funded Jul 12, 2022

Thank you so much for supporting my project, Pencil Party. My classroom is now fully stocked with pre sharpened pencils thanks to YOU! My students are so excited to come to school and work hard everyday knowing that they have a pencil ready and waiting for them. When I opened the box and my students saw all of the pencils they were so happy. They also love Ticonderoga pencils because they say they have the BEST erasers. My students have been using these pencils everyday and have been so responsible. I am so impressed with how well my students are taking care of these pencils. This shows how appreciative we all are. Thank you for your donation and support!!”

  • Printing Party

    Funded May 4, 2022

Thank you so much for the generous and thoughtful donations. This project has been an AMAZING addition to our classroom. My students were so excited to come in to the classroom and see Amazon boxes waiting for them. They could not wait to open it and see what we received. The Cannon Printer is fantastic. It is small enough for our classroom and prints beautifully in color and black. The extra ink has been very useful. We have been using the printer often and are enjoying bringing our projects to life with bright and clear images. Thank you so much for your donations.”

Thank you so much for the donations to my project. The new staplers are awesome and have been a great addition to our classroom! My students were so excited to come in and see Amazon boxes. They could not wait to open them up and see what is inside. There are enough staplers for each group to have one and use it when needed. My students love having their own supplies. • Double Fudge!

    Funded Apr 7, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donations! We received our new book, "Double Fudge" and are so excited to dive right in.

We enjoy doing a class read aloud. In our class the teacher starts reading and any student who would like to be the teacher and read out loud can do so too! We love to read and discuss what is happening in the book.

We also answer questions and draw pictures based on our reading. On Fridays, we have Flashlight Friday where we all find a comfy spot and read by flashlight. Thank you so much for your donations. We really appreciate your generosity.”

Thank you so much for the thoughtful and generous donations. The kids face masks and snacks have been an amazing addition to our classroom.

  • The Magic of Crayola!

    Funded Jan 7, 2022

Thank you so much for your donation. I am so thankful. The box of Crayola Markers is so helpful in a large class. My students were so happy to see the new materials added to our class. They could not wait to take off the plastic and see all of the beautiful new markers. My students have been using these markers during in class projects for Math and Social Studies. My students are currently working on making their own American Revolution books. They can not wait to use the markers to create their own pictures. My students were also very excited to see brand new Ticonderoga Pencils. They love when pencils have good erasers. Every morning my students come in and look for pencils with a good eraser. This motivates them and helps get them ready to start the day. Thank you, thank you!”

  • Adding Color!

    Funded Jan 14, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donations. We are so lucky to have people like you in our lives. You have made 32 children smile from ear to ear by gifting us with new crayons. Each student was able to get a brand new box of crayons, which mid year is a very big deal. We even had enough new crayons to freshen up our community bin. My students love to complete assignments that involve crayons and use them often to annotate the text. We have been working on our multiplication facts by using a color by number. Now that my students have new crayons they are very motivated to study daily so they can complete the picture accurately.”

Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. During independent work times, they can choose to work at their desks or on the floor. These materials will help my students by giving them more comfy choices. Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component in motivating them. I have noticed amazing differences in my students when they are given a choice in their seating. They almost always make good choices about where they sit, are more engaged, and get more work completed than when they are just sitting at their desk.
