I am asking for yoga materials to help with a new class I am teaching. This class will be called "Controlling Stress" and will weave together reading, writing, mindful reflection, and yoga. Students will also use the skills they learn in this class to volunteer at the local elementary schools and retirement home to teach yoga, writing and mindful reflection. In order for this class to be effective we need specific materials. Please help out by contributing to our need for yoga blocks, straps and other materials. Additionally, I have asked for a book I would love to teach to our gap kids in English 2 next year.
