Mid-Year Classroom Supply Restock!
Funded Mar 8, 2024Thank you all so much for your support in helping me receive the supplies I need for my classroom. Unfortunately, supplies get used and have to be replenished which can be very costly. This cost is more often than not at the expense of the classroom teacher.
While I love my students, it is simply not feasible for me to be able to cover all the costs required to run a classroom efficiently. Moreover, working in a Special Education setting often requires more adaptive materials that help tremendously but are costly. A million thank yous to you all!”

Mr. Andrew
Get Ready to Read!
Funded Nov 8, 2023I just wanted to take the time to thank you all so much for your generous contributions to help supports my classroom and my students. Learning foundational skills for reading is not always easy and is not always the most exciting activity for a student. That is why the materials such as the PowerPen cards and the hands on word-making cubes are so helpful for my students. They are fun, hands-on and engaging materials that help my students focus on the skill we are practicing.
Reading is such an important skill in our everyday lives and helping my students learn this skill is fundamental to their growth both academically and in their day to day lives. Thank you all so much for your generosity!”

Mr. Andrew
Sensory Seeking
Funded Sep 6, 2023Thank you so much for your generous contributions to my classrooms to help support my students and their unique needs. Many of my students require extra materials that involve tactile and sensory input and integration into the school day. Having these materials helps my students focus on tasks at hand by providing them with their sensory needs and helps them to self regulate.
My students absolutely love the materials I was able to get for them such as the squeezy-toys and the sensory glitter bottles. By having these tools, I have seen such an improvement in their ability to self-regulate and succeed in the classroom. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!”
With gratitude,
Mr. Andrew

Funded Aug 30, 2023Thank you so much for all of your generous contributions to my classroom and helping to give my students the materials they need to succeed and be the best they can. My students absolutely love books and love to look at the pictures that go with the text.
Having organization in a classroom can be challenging but thanks to your contributions, my students are able to care for their materials and take ownership of their belongings which is so important. Having certain techniques embedded into the classroom such as foot fidgets helps my students focus and stay on task. I can't thank you all enough!”

Learning in Color!
Funded May 9, 2023Thank you all so much for your generosity! My students have thrived and and loved the visuals I have been able to create for them. Keeping my students engaged can be a challenge and they require us special education teachers to be very creative. We have to use different techniques in order to grab their attention.
Having pictures that are bright and vibrant with the use of many different colors keeps their eyes on the page. School can be uninteresting for every student at times, so having materials that are all black and white will surely add to this lack of focus. Having the access to the technology and resources I use to make beautiful books, visuals, worksheets etc makes all the difference in my classroom. Thank you for bringing the color to my classroom!”

Funded Feb 18, 2022Since my students have received the materials from this project, we have been able to engage in a bunch of different activities that engages them. Hands on materials are always best for my students to learn new concepts. There are a number of different uses for technology in education and it only keeps growing.
The hands on math activities I think has been the most enjoyable for my students. They love to build and have tactile objects when trying to grasp new math concepts and build upon the ones they already know.
Many of my students use technology at home, but not for educational purposes. Having technology in the classroom and exposing them to the new and different ways it can be used is really great. Also, having their parents carry over these practices at home is a great thing!”
