The wide variety of series I have selected will give my students the opportunity to continue with a series they love, rather than stop at the first book. Many times I have had to tell students I do not have the second book in a series. I hate doing this because many teens struggle to find a book/genre they are passionate about and when I don't have the next book in the series, I feel like I am halting their passion for reading! All of the books I have selected will give readers the opportunity to continue exploring series and not have to stop after the first book- if they love the series, they love the reading!
