My students would like to thank all the donors for their generosity in helping us make our dream a reality by helping us begin build our hydroponic club into a flourishing lab. We are now able to begin our journey into eating healthy by growing our own herbs and vegetables.
Through research we have learned how to maintain and grow herbs and tomatoes! When the boxes arrived, we were so excited and could not wait to open and build our hydroponic equipment!
Our next steps are transferring the tomatoes into soil and begin starting up a new garden by growing peppers and jalapenos.”

Hydroponics is the way of our future, we need the tools to scientifically help our students become healthy! For $3 dollars you can get fast food but eating healthy is so much more expensive. Our students want to research, plant and grow healthy fruits and vegetables that they can share with our entire school community. When a survey was conducted we determined that many of our young learners have never heard of or tasted common everyday produce Help us to change this by assisting our students to get healthy, share what they have grown with our community all while meeting the new Science standards!
