I can't thank you enough for your donation to my Donors Choose project. We received our bean bag chairs promptly and they are the hit of the library! These library seats are so popular that teachers have been using bean bag seating as a positive incentive during class visits.

When our library is open for open access, students find the library bean bag chairs a comfortable place to rest and reset during lunch periods. It has definitely impacted the environment in the best way and helped to communicate that the library is a safe place in this uncertain world.

This was an awesome way to honor student voice in the library. Students requested bean bag chairs, and they appeared a short time later. Our library is generally funded yearly for books, but there is no additional funding for extras. Purchases like this are so important to create a teen friendly space which encourages more visits to the library in general. And more library visits means more books will get into the hands of students!
