Students in our growing gifted and talented school need access to technology to access information about the world. Our inquiry-based curriculum requires students to initiate discussions and text-to-world connections. In order to do this efficiently, we need more Chromebooks for our students to explore their own interests. Our students are the future, and technology will help them be the best leaders they can be! My students are gifted and talented elementary and middle school students. Our school is located in Queens and students come from all over New York City to attend. In the 2018 - 2019 school year, our school will finally be at capacity and our middle school will be home to our 5th-8th-grade students. We believe that access to technology will help students be the best learners they can be, both now and as they prepare for the future.
