I want our students to have access to up to date reading material. All libraries in our district have gone through a weeding process and we have been working to replace best-loved books that have worn out and purchase current and relevant nonfiction topics. Our elementary students love to read both fiction and nonfiction. By placing new books on our library shelves, we are opening the wider world to a small, rural community of learners.
