Students will be able to use these materials to build their word work and phonics skills using hands on manipulatives. My students often use technology throughout the day and it is difficult for them to concentrate without their own headphones. We also have a listening center that I would like to use during our reading workshop time, but need proper headsets. These items would help enrich our ELA learning time immensely and allows students more opportunity for multi sensory, engaging learning. Many students in my class benefit from hands on activities and are continuing to sharpen their foundational reading skills.
