I can not thank you all enough for donating to this project! Allowing my students to start their day off in such a fun engaging way has changed our environment completely. Your donation allowed me to purchase several board games, cards, Legos, puzzles, and more. You would have thought it was Christmas morning when the boxes arrived!
The students are so excited each morning to come to school. They can not wait to walk in and enjoy some free play time with their friends. My attendance and tardy issues have improved greatly as well, which is a HUGE bonus. Overall, this has changed the mood of our mornings.
I absolutely love the impact it is making on their relationships. I believe that learning how to work and play together is a vital skill that often times our children are lacking. Listening to them talk, laugh, and work together to figure things out is such a joy. We are simply loving this time together.”

My students have so much energy and greatly benefit from an environment that allows them to have fun while learning. I am wanting to implement Morning Choice into our routine. This will allow the students time to start their day in a fun and engaging way. I want to bring joy to the classroom to support my teaching. I want to do fun room transformations that will allow my students to walk into their favorite games, as I use them to support the teaching and learning environment. Teachers have to compete with so much to keep their students' attention. Bringing fun to the classroom truly helps with engagement. I want to meet my students where they are and allow them to love learning. These games and activities will help me accomplish these goals and create my dream teaching environment.
