Initially, students will use iPads to research topics. Currently, we have a limited amount of texts to gather information from. iPads will give them access to information they might not be able to find in the classroom. With the information they gather on the given iPad, they will learn how write paragraphs, and later an essay. This is the start to engaging learning and writing about about the information they research. Plus, iPads can be used for many other reasons including practice math skills, reading skills, to map and other social studies skills . Students can use the iPads not only for their research, but in every subject area to enrich everyday learning. Today, students are growing up with technology all around them. It would be a disadvantage to the students if we did not incorporate technology in their daily learning routines.
