My class has some exciting news. We have secured tables for our classroom. These tables will allow our class to conduct experiments with plenty of room to layout supplies, recording sheets, and still have space to complete the investigation. However, at this time, we do not have any storage for our binders, reading books, pencil pouches, etc. Therefore, the students' belongings are on the floor creating a safety hazard. Seat sacks are the perfect solution. We will be able to access our own learning materials while our "experiment" area will be clutter-free and safe to carry out the investigation. Your support is the vital link to fund this solution. We desperately need this storage to allow for better use of our tables. My classroom currently serves 27 students in each class. I see four classes each day. Our school serves a varied group of learners from different socio-economic areas. I strive to use hands-on learning investigations to provide each and every student the experiences needed to make an impact on future learning and career interest. Seat sacks seem like such a small part of the process; however, they will make the classroom more functional allowing science to really matter.
