These materials will allow my students to be more engaged in their learning. The use of iPads to play math games and access math tutoring videos will let me differentiate my instruction for each of my students. The iPads and charging station will allow me to run effective math centers in my classroom, which will let me work with individual students every day. This will increase student achievement and understanding of the sixth grade math curriculum. The dry erase tables will also allow my students flexibility in their seating options in my classroom. The furniture will allow me to address multiple physical learning styles and issues in my classroom. My students LOVE writing on their desks so dry erase tables will increase the engagement in my whole group math lessons. They have fun using dry erase markers to do math and can easily fix/change their mistakes. Having these tables will make partner work much easier and will allow me to immediately assess the levels of understanding for each individual student.
