The cookware, bake ware, and cooking utensils will be used to teach independent kitchen skills for my students as they prepare simple meals. The dinner ware, flatware and glassware will be utilized to teach proper table settings for school functions. Simple math skills will be taught during math class using the measuring cups and spoons I am requesting. It is important that special needs students with diverse disabilities learn to be as independent as possible. All students should have the opportunity to be successful and feel good about themselves. Cooking is a great transition tool to allow my students to master an important life skill.
