My students must keep up with the latest advancements in education to spark an interest in reading. I would like to have iPads that will hold their interests and keep them excited about reading in my classroom. Students will be more engaged due to the use of technology in the classroom. Instruction can be more individualized to meet the needs of every student. Because of the poverty-stricken area that we live in, most students do not have access to tablets or internet in their homes. This technology would enable my students to have access to many learning opportunities they would not have an opportunity to experience elsewhere​.
