Fabulous First Graders Need Help Becoming Fluent Readers!

Thank you on behalf of my students and school. My first graders have made AMAZING strides in their reading skills, due in part to your donations! 98% of them are reading now! I cannot thank you enough for the donations of the materials. We use them on a daily basis and the kids love the interactive and colorful graphics, plus the materials are sturdy enough to withstand the sometimes rough handling by little hands!

My students were so excited when we first received the materials! They could not believe that all of those materials had been donated to our classroom!! It really made them feel special and honored! I explained to them that I had requested the materials and that a generous company had read about them and was inspired by their energy and willingness to learn, that they donated all of these amazing materials!!

The kids were beside themselves! Lots of jumping and screaming!! I even had a parent, who happened to be visiting his son in the classroom that day, that was able to witness the excitement and joy that the students experienced when we opened the materials!! It was quite an experience!!

Up next for my fabulous first graders is to perfect their Writing!! I will probably be submitting another project for some writing materials. The kids need lots of practice with writing, especially the mechanics of writing and some fun writing journals and such.
