Our school will have a certified yoga instructor work with students on strategies to help regulate their ever changing emotions. The yoga instructor will work with teachers on how to reinforce these strategies with the students in not only fitness, but other classes as well. Students will use the mats to continue practicing throughout the remainder of the year. The mats will be able to be used in future years to reinforce the practice of emotion-regulation. The yoga instructor will visit at minimum one day for Quarter 3 and one day for Quarter 4 in order to reach all 300 students.
