Science is a hands-on laboratory class; my students will be doing many laboratory activities; I want to give my students best experience in their High school Chemistry class. Advance planning is crucial for active student engagement in learning as their chemistry teacher I want my students participate and understand every chemistry concepts. I want my students to be good problem solvers, even though solving process is an active, messy process which is often frustrating, but the outcome is rewarding. I have high expectations for each and every student, to meet their diverse background and various levels of academic ability. I want to as their teacher give them multiple options for demonstrating their understanding. Every part of my classroom should be a reflection of their learning, including walls, bulletin boards and any other classroom displays. I have high expectations for my students and give them opportunities.
