The wrestling program at our school is hoping to get more athletic equipment to keep our student athletes engaged in training while considering safety. I would like to give our wrestlers a better opportunity to advance their skills by boosting their fitness through safe plyometric boxes. In addition to the foam jump boxes I would like the wrestlers to feel safe with brand new headgear and a new digital scale for safe effective tracking of weight management. Athletics are an extension of the classroom and all student athletes benefit from a sport that increases safety , engagement, and physical activity.

About my class
