Working with Bilingual students with learning disabilities, Autism, Down Syndrome, etc., it is hard to find materials that are geared for them that have the visual supports needing for them to learn and retain the information.”

Having an iPad for my students will provide them with a platform to learn through technology when we return back to the school building. There are so many applications I can use with them to support and aid in their communication skills, teach them new vocabulary, and work on life and social skills to make them a functional, independent communicator. The iPad has an easy to clean surface to minimize the transfer of germs that I can quickly wipe clean between student use. I would love to have an iPad designated only for my students. Thank you!

About my class
