  • Calm Bodies...Calm Minds!

    Funded Jan 10, 2024

I wanted to extend my sincerest gratitude for your thoughtful gift of games and activities for my students. Your generosity is truly appreciated, and I cannot thank you enough for the positive impact it will have on their learning experience.

Your understanding of the needs of my students, particularly their challenges in expressing themselves, is remarkable. The games and activities you've provided offer not only enjoyment but also invaluable opportunities for them to engage, learn, and express themselves in ways that resonate with them.

Your support means more than words can express, and I am deeply grateful for your kindness and thoughtfulness. I am confident that these resources will make a significant difference in the lives of my students, and I am excited to see the progress they will make with your help.

Thank you once again for your generosity and for being such an incredible advocate for our students. Your support is truly invaluable.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Marini

  • Let's Make Our Students sm-ART-er!

    Funded May 8, 2024

Thank you so much for selecting my project. My students are always on the look out for fun art projects, and the materials that you donated will be very exciting for them. Being 3 years old, they can not really "write" yet, so to be creative with different mediums is a blast.”

  • School Is Cool

    Funded Jun 6, 2023

Thank you so very much for purchacing our portable air conditioner. It has impacted not only the students in my classroom, but has been used in different rooms to reach more student, teachers, and parents during the very warm months.

Learning in a hot classroom is net to impossible, so when we use this, we are more focused, and relaxed. We have even been able to have dance parties and participate in more physical activities. Things that we would not have even entertained if it was the current 94 degrees, in both June and September!! Thank you again for your generous donation, and I hope it will service many more students for years to come.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Marini

  • Nature is Nurturing

    Funded Nov 22, 2022

Thank you so much for donating hands on science materials for my students. Everyone was so excited when they arrived, and of course everyone had to be first :)

When teaching Science in a 3K program, it is very difficult to create experiences that they have all had the ability to learn from. With your generous donations, we were able to level the playing field by having all of my students use the tools, talk about them, and then replay with them again, all from different perspectives.

We even had parents ask if they can check out some of the materials!!!”

    With gratitude,

  • Please Give Me a Color Printer for My Pre-K Classroom!

    Funded Sep 29, 2022

Thank you so much for donating a printer and ink to my classroom. One of the biggest teaching tools for a lower grade classroom is explaining things through color pictures. When the students see themselves in pictures around the classroom, they feel special.

We are able to showcase our students work, to show off, and to learn new concepts.

The students are always happy to show off their work, and with this printer, we are creating non-fiction books that teach each other things. We have also been able to share these created books with other classrooms in our school, and to have the students read them to our families during family engagement activities.

With color photographs, we are learning to use more complex vocabulary by explaining what we see in these photographs and symbols that we are able to increase our knowledge base. Without this donation, non of this would have been possible.”

    With gratitude,

  • Right Off The Press

    Funded Feb 28, 2019

Thank you so much for your generous donation. We chose books that were lacking in our school library. There were no lower leveled chapter books for our students to choose from and get excited about. With your books, we are able to have Kindergarten, first, and 2nd grade students excited to choose books from the baskets we made with the titles you purchased for us!!!

These book will be shared with over 490 students every school year, and will help keep the love of literacy alive.

    Thank you one again!!!!

Our students would benefit by the purchase of these books, because they do not have access to regular public libraries. These books would be placed in the school library, so all students, and teachers can use them as they see fit. We are always on the hunt for lower leveled readers, such as "Poppleton", "Pete The Cat", "Henry and Mudge", and exciting graphic novels for our older students who want to read for enjoyment, not always for content areas. We love books!!! If we have more choice within our library, we would be able to promote a positive shift with different genres to learn from.
