My students are 5, 6, and 7 years old. They do a lot of work independently, and they are amazing at it! We have a few hiccups, and our technology is one! Throughout the years, different headphones have broken and we currently have a mis-match batch of headphones. Not all of our wired headphones work with the technology available to the students. Wireless headphones would go a long way toward solving this problem, and help these littlest learners continue to grow as independent students! Thank you for considering sponsoring my kindergarten class! A little investment in wirless headphones will make a BIG difference in their school day. We have technology available to use across all content areas and we use them daily! Unfortunately, headphones and the headphone jack have rendered some of our (otherwise perfectly functioning) technology "out of service." In my classroom of 20 students, the learners work on different independent activities at the same time. Therefore, having headphones ensures one student's work does not distract another student. I am excited to get all our technology back "in service" with this simple, but effective fix! Thank you for your help!
