Having a classroom with seating choices that allow for students to wiggle in their seat while they work, will help the child to attend and focus while finishing their work. These types of chairs will benefit students who have a hard time sitting without being distracted from their work or lesson. Having the opportunity to move in your seat while being focused will help more students find success in the classroom. Using wobble cushions, wobble stools, and scoop chairs will offer my fourth graders the opportunity to get their wiggles out and focus on their assignments and listening to the lesson. This will create an inviting learning environment. Their ability to attend and be productive will increase because they will have the opportunity to wiggle while they work!
