This classroom project was brought to life by Alaska Department of Education & Early Development.

My students often require a lot of movement and when required to sit still, learning becomes difficult. The Hokki stools will allow them a positive outlet for their energy so that they may focus on learning. My students have used these stools in the past and absolutely love them. The stools also promote core strength, good posture, and balance. The small sofa will be a comfortable space for my students to relax while reading. My room also serves as the calm down area. This being, the sofa will also function as a place that my students, as well as other students within the school, can use when they are calming down after becoming escalated.
