Funded Dec 13, 2021Thank you for your generosity. Through your help, we were able to use meditation journals to help incorporate mindful practices into my students' daily routine and help calm anxiety and build healthy coping skills.
My students have been thrown in the world of pandemic learning and all the challenges and stress that come with it. These journals have been an outlet for their feelings, thoughts and ideas. My hope was that in these journals, they will also feel inspired to write about things that make them smile, and give them joy despite the stress happening in our world these days.
A few of my students are artists, so many of them have enjoyed the "Wreck This Journal" as it makes them think outside the box and encourages them to be creative.
