  • Classroom Essentials

    Funded Nov 3, 2024

Thank you so much for your amazing donation to our students and school. Since we have received these essential supplies, students have been able to perform better in class and enjoy their school day without worrying about their needs. The snacks have benefited by students that are not able to receive breakfast in the morning and have a long wait until lunch. The girls have definitely benefited from the use of the personal hygiene packs that may not be available to them at home. Finally, the various options of furniture have provided my students with choice seating and an option to better fit their needs. Some students that struggle with focusing are able to use the office chair or yoga ball chair to help them stay focused longer in the classroom, which leads to an improvement in their academics. Without your generosity, my students may not have received these items to be successful throughout their school day. We thank you so much for considering us!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. M

  • Support School Spirit

    Funded Sep 18, 2024

Your heart felt donation is greatly appreciated by our students and staff. With your donation, we will be able to use the Cricut machine to create various projects throughout the school year. Students will be able to practice problem solving, leadership, and collaboration skills. They can work together to organize and plan their projects. Part of our mission this year is to unleash creativity, and our students will be able to do just that. Thank you so much for your generosity and consideration.”

  • Support School Spirit!

    Funded Apr 20, 2024

We cannot thank you enough for your kind donation for our students. Our students have been so excited to create new projects this year. With these supplies, our students can work together and unleash their creativity as they create new projects for our school. They can use the Cricut machine to create fun spirit wear and prizes for school activities, PBIS rewards, and incentives. They are also able to create gifts to show appreciation to others. They are so excited to use these supplies, and I know the limits are endless. Thank you so much for your generosity!”

  • Paper for Practice

    Funded Mar 30, 2024

Your generosity and kindness is greatly appreciated. Due to your donation, my students have been able to receive more resources to increase growth and achievement in their reading and writing skills. Since receiving our supplies, the students have been able to participate in new activities, such as Question Trails and NJSLA prep stations. I have been able to print practice sheets that the students can use during independent instruction or in small groups. Without your donation, this was not an easy task. So, thank you again, and know that you have helped students in their success.”

    With gratitude,

  • Snacks for Focus!

    Funded Dec 9, 2023

We are so thankful for your donations to our classroom! You would be amazed by how happy my students were to see all of the boxes of snacks that arrived in our classroom! They have been so excited to have all of the snack and breakfast options available to them in class to help fight their hunger and keep them focused on their assignments. Your donations have continued to help keep my students on track each day and we are extremely thankful to you for that. We hope to continue to show that your donations are appreciated through student progress and achievement. Thank you Tepper Foundation!”

  • Headphones for Our Special Education Classroom

    Funded Nov 28, 2023

I cannot thank you enough for your kind donation to our classroom. Because all of my students are two or more grade levels below in reading and writing, most require text to speech when reading. These headphones are allowing students to get the assistance they need to improve their reading skills.

The reading programs that we use, such as I-Ready and StudySync, are all computer-based programs. Because of this, the headphones are the perfect technology to assist students. They can read at their own pace and enjoy their independent reading books without the fear of disturbing others.

Again, we thank you for your generosity and support in our students' education!”

  • Classroom Printer for Special Education Classroom

    Funded Nov 27, 2018

I cannot thank you enough for your generous donation to our classroom. Having a classroom printer has made a huge difference for my students and me. We are now able to print in color, which was fantastic during our poetry unit. We are also able to quickly print and hang student work, including wonderful writing assignments completed by the students. Finally, it has made creating much-needed resources for my students a very simple task. Resources are able to be printed as needed and given right to the student for that particular assignment. The majority of our assignments are completed on Google Classroom, so the students are very excited about being able to easily print their work to take home and show their parents. They have really expressed their gratitude. We thank you for all that you have given us.”

    With gratitude,

The majority of students’ work is not done on their Chromebooks via Google Classroom. Therefore, it can be difficult to display great work throughout the classroom for students to be proud of. There are only two copy machines in our building for teacher use, and it would be wonderful to be able to print their work right in the classroom. This is also helpful to provide them with the materials they may need on demand. Reference sheets could be provided for students, along with other activities/handouts. In special education, on demand resources are a MUST. The kids will love it!
