All of my students want to create beautiful garments. By having these supplies they will be able to take part in a wonderful activity that not only teaches them a skill but also a mindfulness technique. The looms that I have requested will be used to help the students learn to knit hats boot cuffs, and scarves. Using the looms allows for students to learn how to knit in a more simplistic way then needles allow which allows more students to stay involved. By supporting our project you are helping me to teach my students how to knit scarves, hats, and other items to keep them and others warm. You are also are helping to teach my students a technique that will allow them to have an outlet for their frustrations and stress into a productive outlet. Help learn several wonderful skills through our project! Support MCTC Knitters!
