My students are expected to develop 21st century literacy, but we don't have the tools needed to learn and practice the necessary skills. These Chromebooks will help to improve my students' understanding of and competency in authentic, meaningful literacy and communication. By having a few dedicated devices in our classroom, we will have not have to negotiate with 8 other grade levels for an opportunity to use the school's limited resources. By donating to this project, you will help students become more effective communicators and good digital citizens. Students learn by doing, and without the necessary tools, they cannot effectively learn.
