These aerobic steppers will help students to achieve a better level of fitness and teach them a fun way to be physically active. The school I teach in does not have a gym for physical education. I teach activities such as soccer, kickball etc. outside when the weather permits and have a classroom to teach in for when it does not. Physical fitness is extremely important and with the small indoor space I have to work with I need to find activities that can raise students fitness levels in a small space. These steppers, along with a fun DVD to follow, will allow that to happen!
