  • A Cozy Place for Musical Musings!

    Thank you so much for your generosity! This wonderful addition to my classroom delighted all my students from the moment they first laid their eyes on it. My students have danced on it, stretched out for movie viewing, waited patiently to sit on "the magic leaves" and have a turn on our various classroom instruments, and even made up games involving the leaf pattern! I cannot even begin to describe the impact this amazing gift has had on my students and I. All I can say once again is thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart for helping me bring even more joy and delight to my musical classroom.”

A classroom rug will help my scholars with playing musical games and connecting with one another. As of right now we do most of our instruction by our desks and seats and it is difficult to facilitate guided movement and general games when there are desks as their only "home base". The rug that I have selected will help my scholars by giving them additional seating options that make more sense with a musical learning environment. In addition, it would provide a cozy spot closer to the smart board. It will also make it much easier for both large/small instrument instruction, music stations, and general circle/meeting times.

About my class
