This trip to Tunxis Community College to take the Accuplacer College Placement Test will give my students the opportunity to show their skills and provide a first step to achieving the goal of higher education. Being on a college campus and being part of this exciting world if only for a day will serve as an inspiration for what's to come. My students have overcome so many obstacles and have the will and drive to succeed educationally beyond high school.
