This baseball equipment requested would mean a lot to my students! Earlier in the year, I took a survey to find out what sports students wanted to learn. Out of approximately 540 student responses, baseball/softball was at the top of the list. I want to provide my students the opportunity to learn the basic fundamentals of the sport while promoting student choice. I strongly believe that students will remain physically engaged and motivated to participate. Students will be exposed to the game of baseball, which will hopefully spark an interest in participating in the sport outside a school setting. I want my students to be given the opportunity to learn the sport.
