As a teacher, it is important to find ways to enhance the learning environment for my students. Classrooms are filled with learning time and circumstances that are constantly changing, so versatility in furnishings is key! I am passionate about differentiated and engaging instruction, and this is where the horseshoe table comes into play! This type of furniture would allow me to work with struggling students in a small group setting or groups of students when working on an activity. A horseshoe table will benefit all students at some point whether they are struggling and need to work closer to me, or if I choose to use it for peer teaching, and let students use it as a teaching tool. It will help students' learning through trials and successes!
