I am trying to help my students be better readers. My long term goal is to help them love reading. In my class, they read independently and I do readalouds. I would love a station for them to be able to relax and enjoy a good book. Some of the audio books I choose are in my classroom library. I would like for students to follow along while listening to the audio book. I also have students with special needs that are unable to read that would benefit from being able to use audio books. Students really seem to enjoy audio books and I'd like to be able to offer some. Therefore, I am requesting a CD bookbox, a set of headphones, Junie B. Jones audio books 1-8, Ronald Dahl collection, The One and Only Ivan, and Frindle. These are all excellent books that students would love. Thank you!
