Giving each student a jump Rope at home will change their at home physical and mental lifestyle. We all know that staying active improves learning and students needs that now more than ever. Students need these jump ropes to develop good exercise habits. During this time they can easily fall into a sedentary lifestyle and that is the last thing we want! They need to jump rope to release energy , stress and anxiety. They will be able to exercise at home, while doing fun activities that will improve many aspects of their physical and mental heath.
