We are requesting pedometers which will provide our kids with the opportunity to track their fitness and set goals that will keep them healthy for a lifetime! Pedometers are great tools for students! Students will use their pedometers to track their fitness all year. Providing young people information on the positive health benefits of physical activity. * It helps your body maintain overall good health. * It helps build and maintain healthy bones and muscles. * It increases flexibility and aerobic endurance. * Ask the youth for more ideas on the positive health benefits of being physically active. Be a part of helping our students track their fitness at our school so that they learn how to be healthy and learn habits that will last a lifetime.
