My students need a variety of different supplies to make their Kindergarten year successful. Students will be able to utilize headphones during the listening center to help them understand print concept and become fluent readers. Without headphones the classroom environment can become noisy and not as effective. Headphones allow for students to concentrate on their own devices.
There are limitless possibilities with these supplies. Dry erase boards will allow for students to practice skills such as letter and number formation, writing their names, number bonds and much much more. Having a supply of dry erase markers allows for my students to utilize these boards throughout the year.
My students have the opportunity to learn through engaging centers. Having baskets to keep these centers organized allows for the classroom to remain structured and an engaging learning environment.
My students are learning to write with a pencil. They are so excited to be able to write with a pencil. Having an electronic pencil sharpener will allow students to have a sharp pencil each and everyday. This will allow students to master writing their name, numbers, and letters.
Many young students are kinesthetic learners. The students benefit from engaging in activities that are hands on. Having different educational dough mats allows for the students to gain academic skills through hands on learning. Tubs of dough allow me to plan different academic activities that incorporate dough, such as letter formation, number formation, shapes, and much more.
These supplies will allow my students to have a successful school year. Your donation will allow my students to enjoy learning and set them up for a life long learning. My students will benefit from these supplies throughout the year. Words cannot express how thankful I am for your consideration of donating. Thank you!
