My students crave the use of technology and art. I teach in a district that services many low-income children. Budget cuts eliminated the art curriculum for 5 years. We now have a chance to build a new art integration program for our school. As their visual arts/ technology teacher I am making it my goal to incorporate the visual arts into their core curriculum to help them find innovative ways to demonstrate their knowledge.
