This classroom project was brought to life by Farmers Insurance and 4 other donors.

Technology is on the front-line of education. Having access to tablets in the classroom will allow students to utilize educational websites to reinforce skilled taught to them. An important component to language acquisition is practice and repetition. By having a technological device readily available for students to use, especially when working in differentiated instructional groups, will allow them to have a fun way to practice skills, such as reading comprehension and vocabulary, in order to obtain mastery. ESE students also benefit from having tablets in the classroom by giving them an opportunity to have fun while learning, which will allow them to be more receptive to important skills and concepts taught during class time.
