  • Favorite Toys and Books for Little Learners!

    Funded Mar 7, 2023

Thank you so much for the magnetic animals! Student love to play with them during our center time. My students love animals and these toys help them focus and attend to a preferred activity. It also helps them with their puzzle and fine motor skills. Students also love reading "Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See?" during story time. This book is their favorite and it helps students attend and build on their language skills. Thank you so much for "No David" book, students also love listening to this book during the beginning of the school year where we are learning about classroom rules.

Students also love playing with the magnetic cars and these toys help them stay in their centers while they play. These magnetic cars are also good for sharing and turn taking because all of my students love playing with them at the same time!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Lai

  • Ready, Set, Play!

    Funded Dec 1, 2021

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your generous donations. My students absolutely love engaging with the dressing board, building with legos and playing with the rice. My students are getting great practice with their fine motor and dressing skills with the Montessori dressing board. They love building with the legos and it is also a great fine motor and counting practice for them. We used the rice to make a sensory bin and the students are so engaged and calm playing with the rice.

You are making a huge impact on my students' learning and for that I am so grateful.”

  • Little Learners Love for Learning!

    Funded Nov 19, 2021

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind donations towards this project. My students absolutely love playing with the slime every day. It helps them calm down, regulate their sensory needs and it also helps them stay focused and engaged at the table. I will be using the fishing rods when we are learning about our water unit and students will absolutely be thrilled to learn how to fish in our water table. These fishing rods promote visual-motor coordination, language, play, and attention skills. My students absolutely love reading Pete the Cat books and they have almost every page memorized. My non-verbal students amazingly are able to say some of the lines in our Pete the Cat books. Thank you for all that you have contributed and it really does make a huge impact on the learning experiences of my students.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Lai

  • Bringing Our Classroom and School Community Together for the Winter!

    Funded Nov 1, 2021

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for our beautiful winter holiday tree. Students were so happy and excited to have this very special tree. Every student was able to decorate a special ornament with their families and hang it up on our tree. They were absolutely delighted to be able to share the special ornament they made with their peers and teachers in the classroom and with the school. The entire school participated in decorating this special tree with ornaments they created in the classrooms and with their families at home. This tree truly lifted everyone's spirits and made the holidays even more special.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Lai

  • Little Learners Love for Learning!

    Funded Mar 8, 2021

Thank you so much for your wonderful donations!

My students were so incredibly happy and excited to see Pete the Cat figures for their favorite book character, use the color stacking blocks, and use our hand pointer for our morning meetings! We use our color stacking blocks almost every day to help with our fine motor, attending, sorting, and hand-eye coordination development. We also love using our hand pointer every day during morning meetings and whole group time! We are so incredibly grateful and happy with all of your donations and we thank you deeply.”

  • Toys and Tools for Little Learners!

    Funded May 12, 2021

My students absolutely love everything they received from this donation project. My students use the sensory slime every day to help them remain focused and regulated at their table. The sensory slime has also been helping students calm their bodies when they dis-regulated. My students also use the giant sand timer every day when I give them a 5-minute warning prior to clean-up time. The sand timer also helps some of my students calm their bodies. They enjoy looking at the sand falling! My students also love playing with magnetic cars. They love engaging with these toys every day and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

    With gratitude,

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for making a huge difference in the lives of my students. When my students first saw the donation materials their eyes were wide and bright with happiness and excitement.
