This classroom project was brought to life by Neukom Family Foundation and one other donor.

My students desperately need a way to work on their expressive language and social skills! These materials will enable me to create effective lessons centered around improving narrative language skills, vocabulary, and learning how to be good friends. The program visualizing and verbalizing will enable me to work on a variety of skills within the expressive language domain. The social skills materials will then enable me to then help my students use these newfound skills in appropriate ways to make friends. The ability to express ourselves and do so in an appropriate way is one that we often take for granted. For my students, these skills are of the most difficult. These materials will allow me to help them improve these skills in real, concrete ways!
